This agreement applies to the Weeyo mobile application and related services provided by NeoWeeyo.

Weeyo is an image transformation application that uses artificial intelligence to adjust lighting and atmosphere in photographs, such as converting daytime images into night-style visuals. By installing, accessing, or using Weeyo, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement carefully and that you accept its terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you should discontinue use of the application immediately.
Weeyo is intended only for users aged 17 and above. The app is not designed for children, and no features are directed toward users under this age.
Weeyo operates as a creative image-processing tool. Users upload photos, and the system generates alternative versions through automated visual analysis and transformation. The output is generated entirely by AI systems and may vary depending on image quality, environmental factors, and technical limitations.
The service is provided for creative, illustrative, and personal use. Weeyo does not guarantee that generated images will meet personal expectations, artistic standards, or any particular use case. Results should not be treated as factual representations of real-world conditions.
By using Weeyo, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.
You are solely responsible for:
· Ensuring that you have the right to upload any images you submit
· Deciding how generated images are used, shared, or stored
· Complying with applicable laws when using the service
Weeyo does not review content ownership in advance and relies on users to act lawfully and responsibly.
All images you upload remain your property. Weeyo does not claim ownership over your original photos or generated results.
To operate the service, you grant Weeyo a limited and temporary license to process your uploaded images strictly for the purpose of generating the requested transformations. This license does not allow reuse, resale, publication, or independent exploitation of your content by Weeyo.
Once processing is complete, this license no longer applies.
Weeyo is intended for constructive and lawful use. You must not use the app to:
· Upload illegal, infringing, or abusive content
· Create misleading imagery intended to deceive others
· Attempt to bypass security, extract system logic, or interfere with service operation
Weeyo reserves the right to restrict access or discontinue service for users who misuse the app or create legal or operational risk.
All results generated by Weeyo are produced automatically by AI systems. Outputs may contain visual inconsistencies, inaccuracies, or unexpected artifacts.
Weeyo does not provide professional, technical, or expert advice of any kind. Generated images should not be relied upon for decision-making, documentation, or representations requiring accuracy.
Weeyo may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
NeoWeeyo does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the permanent availability of any specific feature.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeoWeeyo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Weeyo, including loss of data, dissatisfaction with results, or misuse of generated content.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using the app.
You may stop using Weeyo at any time without notice. NeoWeeyo may suspend or terminate access if continued use violates this agreement or poses legal, security, or operational concerns.
This agreement may be revised periodically. Continued use of Weeyo after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
