By using Weeyo, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
Weeyo is intended for users aged 17 and above and is not designed for children.
Weeyo is built as a creative image transformation tool, not as a social platform or identity-based service. Our approach to privacy focuses on minimizing data collection, limiting processing purposes, and keeping users in control of their content.
We do not design Weeyo to identify individuals, build personal profiles, or track users across services.
When you actively use Weeyo, you may provide certain information as part of normal app operation, including:

· Images generated by the app
· Messages or feedback you send when contacting support
Providing this information is voluntary, but some features cannot function without it.
When the app runs, limited technical information may be collected automatically to ensure stability and security, such as:
· Device type and operating system version
· App version and basic usage interactions
· Network-related data (such as IP address) used for connectivity, fraud prevention, and system protection
This information is not used to identify you personally.
When you upload a photo to Weeyo, the image is processed by AI systems solely to perform lighting and atmosphere transformation, such as converting a daytime scene into a night-style visual. The processing may involve analyzing general visual characteristics, including scene layout, brightness, contrast, color distribution, and overall image structure.
Weeyo does not perform facial recognition, facial identification, biometric analysis, or identity verification. We do not scan, map, store, or compare facial features, and we do not attempt to determine who appears in an image. No facial templates, biometric identifiers, or identity-based profiles are created or retained.
Any visual analysis that may involve facial regions is strictly automated and temporary, performed only to generate the requested image result. Uploaded images are not used for tracking, profiling, advertising, or cross-service identification, and they are not used to infer personal attributes such as age, gender, or emotion.
After image processing is completed, all temporary processing data is deleted. The original uploaded image and the generated images are stored only in the user’s personal generation history within the app. This history is fully controlled by the user. Users may delete any uploaded or generated images at any time, and once deleted, those images are permanently removed and are no longer accessible to Weeyo.
Depending on how you choose to use Weeyo, the app may request access to certain device features, including:
· Photo library access, to allow you to select images
· Camera access, if you choose to capture photos directly within the app
· Network access, required to process images and deliver results
Permissions are requested only when necessary for specific features and can be managed or revoked at any time through your device settings.
Information handled by Weeyo is used only to:
· Process image transformations requested by the user
· Maintain app functionality and performance
· Improve reliability and user experience
· Respond to user support requests and communications
We do not sell personal data.
Weeyo does not share user content or personal information except in limited circumstances, such as:
· With service providers strictly necessary to operate the app (e.g., secure processing infrastructure)
· When required by law, legal process, or government request
· When necessary to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of the service or its users
Any partners involved are required to handle data responsibly and only for approved purposes.
You remain in control of your content and have the right to:
· Access and manage your uploaded and generated images
· Delete content from your generation history
